Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Ms. Shruti Chaubey, a Second Year BALLB student, who secured the First Prize at the National Debate Competition organized by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, Panvel, on 13th September on the occasion of Hindi Diwas. This achievement was made possible under the guidance of Principal, Dr. Sanavi Deshmukh, and BALLB Coordinator, Asst. Prof. Dhanashri Kadam. The students took mentorship from Asst. Prof. Raghav Sharma, and received support and coordination from Debate Society Incharge, Asst. Prof. Aishwarya Patole. A special round of applause also goes to Mr. Yash Kambli, Student Representative of the Debate Society Committee, for his constant encouragement to the participants. The competition brought together some of the finest young debaters from across the country. Shruti impressed the judges and audience alike with her well-structured arguments, clarity of thought, and impactful presentation, ultimately securing the top honor. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Richa Priya, a Second Year BALLB student, who participated with great enthusiasm and represented our college with dedication and pride. This victory not only highlights the individual talent and hard work of our students but also brings immense pride to Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law. The Principal, faculty, and fellow students congratulated Shruti for her outstanding performance and wished both participants continued success in future endeavors.
