Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law Debate Society Committee successfully organised 22nd November, 2025 the Intra Parliamentary Debate Competition on the occasion of completing 75 years of Shri Ramsheth Thakur Sir. Shri Ramsheth Thakur Sir has been a respected Member of Parliament with visionary leadership and a lifelong dedication to public welfare and nation building. His contribution continues to inspire young learners to think critically and lead responsibly. A total of 10 teams participated from both B.A.LL.B and LL.B. Party allocation was done fairly through random chit selection. Students arrived in proper parliamentary attire and participated with enthusiasm, confidence and discipline. The atmosphere reflected the spirit of an actual parliamentary session. The debate was led by: Speaker of the House Asst Prof Sangram Pawar Sir and Judge of the Competition-Asst Prof Suraj Bhalerao Sir. After Round 1, 6 teams advanced into Round 2 with 3 representing the ruling party and 3 the opposition. From them, 2 teams were shortlisted for the final round with one from each party. The winners were Shruti Chaubey & Dipti Gaikwad. The event was organised with the guidance and support of Principal.
