Special Lecture on Electronic Evidence

On 30th March 2024, Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law hosted a highly informative special lecture on “Electronic Evidence,” a critical component of the Law of Evidence.

The event commenced with a warm welcome and opening remarks by Assistant Professor Dhanashri Yogesh Kadam. She emphasized the significance of electronic evidence in modern legal practice and encouraged students to make the most of this learning opportunity. This session aimed to enhance students’ understanding of this essential topic, particularly as they prepare for their final examinations in the LLB and BLS LLB courses.

 Rohit Banarji introduced the distinguished guest speaker, Adv. Poonam Chavan, an esteemed alumna of our college and a seasoned expert in the field of electronic evidence. Her extensive experience and deep understanding of the subject promised a highly enriching session for all attendees.
