The event was aimed at providing students and practitioners

On 23rd March 2024, Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law hosted a special lecture on the “Process of Certified Copies with Special Reference to Section 76 of the Evidence Act.” The event was aimed at providing students and practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of the procedures and significance of obtaining certified copies of documents in legal proceedings.
The session commenced with a warm welcome by Assistant Professor Dhanashri Kadam and the Student Council Secretary, Sandeep Singh. The introduction of the guest speaker, Faizan Sheikh, was gracefully conducted by Gayatri Ware.
Faizan Sheikh, a distinguished legal expert, delivered an in-depth lecture covering several key points:
